Jack Meldonian
Managing Director
As Managing Director, Jack Melkonian sits on the firm’s Investment Committee and leads the platform’s acquisitions activities as well as supports our portfolio/asset management activities. Jack has more than 18 years of direct real estate experience with significant fund management and capital markets expertise having negotiated, structured and executed over $2.0 billion in equity and debt transactions including investment and portfolio-level recapitalizations and restructurings. Prior to joining JMF Capital, Jack worked at Mosser Capital for 8 years and Stockbridge Capital Group for ten years. At Stockbridge, Jack helped build and lead the opportunity funds' portfolio management function which included approximately $4.7 billion in peak assets under management. Prior to Stockbridge, Jack was with KPMG where he worked within the audit and consulting/advisory practices. Jack holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara where he also has experience as a Teaching Assistant.
